Our office will be moving to a new location in May 2026! For now, we are located inside of “The Charleston Wellness Workspace” located in Building B (the yellow building) at 1 Carriage Ln, Charleston SC 29407. Please note that our office is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator inside the building. If you have mobility concerns, please let us know and we can switch to virtual/telehealth.
